Description

Sunflower lecithin is a lecithin (a structural term for a triglyceride with one fatty acid replaced by phosphatic acid conjugates) which delivers a high level of phospholipids in the form of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylinositol (PI) and phosphatidylserine (PS). Phospholipids are primary structural components of every cell in the body.
