In order for vitamin B6 to be utilized by the body, it must be converted by the liver into its active coenzyme form. P-5-P lets your body side-step this conversion process for more rapid and efficient assimilation. P-5-P is needed by the body for muscle growth and repair, healthy neurotransmitter function and more.
