Suggested use

Adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day prior to a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other ingredients

Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
