Apigenin is a naturally occurring flavonoid found in a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, such as chamomile, parsley, celery, and grapefruit. Chemically known as 4′,5,7-trihydroxyflavone, it exhibits antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and potential anti-cancer properties in preclinical studies.
