At GetTested.shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products can be resold. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Non-returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

4. Returns Process
